Granutec offers a selection of in-house designed and manufactured auxiliary machines, including heavy duty blowers and cyclones, and metal detector systems. The equipment is designed to fit in with existing grinders or in any part of a manufacturing operation where they are needed.
A few performance features and benefits of auxiliaries include blowers available in aluminum or carbon steel, hinged steel doors, mechanical and electrical interlocking mechanism for safety, cyclone air separators made of heavy gauge carbon steel, a metal detector that has a wide range of aperture sizes and detects ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless steel to prevent damage to the granulator knives.
In addition to the options listed on the universal and custom features page, the auxiliary line can be customized further with hardened wear plates, hardened fan impellers, filter bag system, positioned for easy cleaning, custom engineered metal detection systems.
